settlement visa for my wife?
I am a british citizen.i got married in nepal. before going to
get married i did all the process like obtaining no objection certificate from my council. resgistering my marriage in nepal. My wife has applied for Visa, I have provided my wife with my passport copy, Bank statement, Salary slips, p60 Rent aggriments and employer letter etc. i dont think it will be any problem obtaining her visa but it is taking to much time. how can i speed this process.
can anyone advice what to do as i am here in Uk and she is in Nepal.
normally they take a decision within 15 working days.u can check on line every stage of the process.
u can’t do anything from here about it,your wife has to approach embassy from where she applied and ask them what is happening.
if they reject her visa,u can in appeal here in UK
